Barbie Doll Collectable Outfit / Native American, beadwork, feathers, red boots and turquoise boots, plus moccasins.  Feather arm bands, turquoise hat and vest. Very unique ensemble, lots of pieces to change the look.
These is some discoloring at the pictures where the fringe attaches to the shoulder. (See picture) It might actually come out if spot cleaned.
