Extremely Rare Vintage Pounden Gerde Bendix Scintilla aircraft Magneto Chevy

Extremely Rare Vintage early race part. This is a 1940 Bendix Scintilla aircraft magneto that has been modified to fit a Chevy distributor. Probably dates back before anyone was making Magnetos for racing.
I bought this from the estate of R.C. Williams' head mechanic along with a bunch of 392 hemi stuff that had come off of -or had been intended for- the famed twin 392 engined dragster that set records in "Top gas" class back in 71.
Obviously, it's been sitting for decades. The shaft turns freely, I'm sure it could be put back into service if desired, but it's just an amazing display piece of racing history. It will be packaged extremely well
