This is a charmingly grumpy vintage stuffed zebra from Applause & the World Wildlife Federation (WWF).  Manufactured by Determined Productions (USA) in 1990.  About 13" long (excluding tail) x 11 1/2" tall.  Printed fabric with original tags.  From an adult collector's zebra collection (displayed only).  Rare!
