At Barbie_friends_fashion_shop, we thrive our best to answer to all questions very promptly but we can take up to 24hrs (weekends can take up to the following business day--- Monday-Friday)
Payment is required immediately but arrangement may be made upon request
Please remit payment within 3 days of auction end. If payment is not made within 3 days and buyer has no communication; an Automatic Non Payment case will open. We will have to proceed to recoup any fees. Remember, we're not forcing anyone to purchase anything, so if you aren't planning to pay then don't commit to it. Just place it in your cart.

Example of a 3 item purchase shipping discount: regular shipping price + 70%off + 70%off = Total                                         w/ Bonus discount: Total + 5%off + 5%off = More Savings!!!
Example of a 4 item purchase shipping discounts: RSP + 70%off + 70%off + 70%off = Total                                                   w/ Bonus discount: Total + 15%= More Savings!!!  The more you buy the more you save!!!
Combine Shipping Total is available upon invoice request. You must send us an invoice through a computer/laptop (If you need extra guidance on how to send an invoice, please check eBay HELP service desk)  if no invoice or communication is made we will not be able to refund you the difference.
If items are paid separately then items will be shipped separately.  NO EXEMPTIONS

Purchase(s) will be mailed as soon as a clear payment has been made. It can take up to 3 business day (Tuesday - Saturday--- except holidays)
Return policy: we do not accept returns in most of our items but if we do here are some things to note:

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. NO EXEMPTIONS
If you received the wrong purchase(s) upon confirmed delivery then you (buyer) will have to contact us directly with proof of the wrong doing within 24hrs. Please submit photos from every angle along with a brief message so we can better assist you. Anyone who refuses to provide evidence will be assumed as a remorse purchase and item will be accepted back but shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
For all approved returns: Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition you received it. No odors, No alterations, No exposure to pets, or anything that can devalue the item.
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% however, no restocking fees for items that are returned within 7 days
If package gets damage or lost, you (buyer) will have the responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Every package will now be insured in addition to the tracking number. Please contact us for the claim information.
International Buyers –
Its your responsibility to understand and comply with all Gov't Customs Regulations. If package gets lost or returned it is your responsibility to contact your local customs. Please note shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned packages. Please also note that packages are taking way LONGER than usual and in some countries it can take up to 2 months of delay. Please keep reading below...
Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.  We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

First class: can take 5-7 business days but as of right now, for some states its taking more than a week
Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
Priority Express can be provided upon request
International including Canada:
First Class: about 4-6 weeks but as right now its taking 2 months
Priority Mail: abut 2-4 weeks (so far no delays)
Priority Express can be provided upon request

We refuse to force customers for positive feedback but if you believe that we have fulfilled a successful transaction then by all means don't let us hold you from sharing your AWESOME experience. Any negative feedback is accepted but please know you'll be blocked from our store. Please also note that feedback is suppose to reflect the seller performance and not the item(s).  All we ask is for you to stop harassing us after being blocked from our store. Its nothing personal but if you didn't like our service the first time, what makes you think you'll like it the second time!
