Mitutoyo #550-221-50 Digimatic Caliper, 0.0005-8" / 0.01-200mm Range, with SPC Data Output
The condition is Used, but Like New.  I installed a new battery and everything works perfectly. There are no nicks, damage, dirt, etc.. These are in very, very good shape as is the case. These can also be used to convert English to Metric and vice versa by simply locking the thumbscrew on the measurement and then pressing the "in/mm" button to switch measurement units. These are not cheap Chinese knock-offs. They are precision, highly accurate instruments.
The pictures show the basic limits of measurement from zero to maximum, in both measurement systems. The battery is a snap to change by simply using your thumb to push the black battery box underneath the "MITUTOYO" down in the direction of the arrow, opening the lid. Remove/drop in a new battery and you're good to go. It has a new battery in it now, so it should last some time, as long as it's turned off by depressing the button.
These are great for "Inside" or "Outside" measurements by the Machinist, Quality Inspector, Hobbyist, Ammunition Reloader, etc..
