For your consideration and bidding, four outstanding, vintage professional baseball plate blocks in mint, unhinged condition. This lot includes Professional Baseball (6 cent/1969 issue/#31402), Jackie Robinson (20 cent/1982 issue/#1111), Babe Ruth (20 cent/1983 issue/#5 (extremely low!)), and Roberto Clemente (20 cent/1984 issue/block #111111). All four of these plate blocks are mounted in archival stamp mounts within Lucite screw down holders. In addition, each Lucite screw down holder will be shipped in a graded card sleeve for maximum protection. All plate blocks are numbered, unhinged, and retain their original gum. Each plate block retains good color. The 1969 Professional issue shows some toning (see auction photos to appreciate).  Get four pieces of baseball history and United States Postal Service stamp history while they are still available at a reasonable price.
